There is nothing more annoying than a puppy who has just been spayed and therefore cannot be exercised more strenuously than a leash walk. Oh, and let me add to that a foot of snow that, for some reason, prevents said puppy from pooping anywhere in the vicinity of her owner's home.
I would be lying if I said this scene has not come to mind several times tonight.
